The Role
Skills: . Hardware, Firewall, essential software installation and support. . Manage Active Directory, . Support Wi-fi, printers, hand-held terminals, scanners . Windows server, Desktop version of windows, Mac, office 365, Share point, one drive, . Cameras, NVR, . Support ticketing and management, antivirus, IT Asset management . Any ERP, SQL, Hana would be an added advantage . Knowledge of Azure (any cloud server) would be an added advantage . Strong Knowledge in Networking . Strong Knowledge in Windows server . Certifications in MCITP & CCNA & MCSE . Office 365 - Share point
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 Year of hands-on experience in a trading or manufacturing company with a minimum of 100 + computer network. . Bachelor's Degree preferred . Languages: Effective communication in English is mandatory . Communication: Must be able to train end users on applications . Work hours - Must be able to work in shifts and must be able to report to duty on eventualities.
