We are the champions we help bring stories to life across multiple mediums (social channels, proposals, PPTs, etc.) The Role: The Junior Designer \xe2\x80\x93 Integrated Social is a cornerstone role at MullenLowe. In this role you will be charged with bringing our ideas to life in a way that is compelling and digestible for our clients. In this role you will primarily support the creative team in producing assets and content. You should be passionate about storytelling, design thinking and using visuals to bring complex ideas to life. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add a designer who is a problem solver, independent thinker and flexible team player. We need someone who can be a true partner to our client and cross-functional agency team and support the larger team in creating revolutionary creative work. Who You Will Be:

• Refine, reshape, or reinvent people\xe2\x80\x99s ideas to maximize impact on the creative product MullenLowe produces for its clients.
• Partner with creatives, strategists, business leaders, comms teams, finance people, and other designers to make products and messages as best as they can be.

Other Characteristics of Junior Designer \xe2\x80\x93 Integrated Social

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in an art, design, and/or visual communication preferred
• 1-2 years of design and storytelling experience
• Must have a strong portfolio to show typography and design skills
• Proven understanding of composition, typography, and layout
• Ability to work effectively with C-suite executives
• Able to defend creative and design decisions
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, shifting deadlines, and fluid priorities
• Relentless eye for detail
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Apple iWork, and Microsoft Office
