Job Summary:

The Junior HVAC Technician assists in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Under the supervision of senior technicians or supervisors, they perform routine service tasks, support troubleshooting efforts, and ensure that all HVAC systems operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, servicing, and repair of HVAC systems such as split units, window units, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.

Support senior technicians in diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC equipment.

Perform basic maintenance tasks including cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, inspecting belts, and lubricating parts.

Help with the assembly and disassembly of HVAC components and duct systems.

Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and organized.

Follow preventive maintenance schedules and record completed work.

Learn to read and understand wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.

Observe safety procedures and wear proper protective equipment at all times.

Report equipment issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.

Assist in maintaining accurate service logs, checklists, and documentation.

Keep the work area clean and support efficient workflow during installation or repair jobs.

Qualifications and Skills:

Junior Technicians:

Minimum

3+ years of Gulf experience

in maintenance activities. Must hold an

ITI certification or Diploma

in the relevant technical category. Must have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, fault identification, and on-site repair activities. Must provide

previous experience certificates

for verification. Must possess

moderate communication skills in English

(verbal and written).
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
