This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Human Resources Executive located in Egypt. The Human Resources Specialist will oversee recruitment, implement HR policies, manage employee benefits, and support personnel management activities. Additional responsibilities include advising on HR best practices, fostering a positive work culture, ensuring compliance, and maintaining employee records.
Recruitment and hiring:
Create job descriptions, source candidates, screen applications, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Compensation and benefits:
Administer employee benefits packages, process payroll, and ensure competitive and fair compensation.
Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies and procedures, ensuring the organization complies with all relevant federal, state, and local laws.
Training and development:
Identify training needs, design and coordinate training programs, and support professional development for employees.
Record keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
Qualifications
Minimum 1 years core HR Experience is mandatory
Strong skills in Personnel Management, including employee relations and performance management
Ability to implement and maintain HR best practices in a professional environment
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
