As a Junior Graphic Designer at our marketing agency, you'll play a key support role within our creative team, assisting in the production of engaging visuals for various client campaigns. You'll help bring brand stories to life across digital and print platforms, working closely with senior designers, copywriters, and strategists. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, eager to learn, and excited to grow in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and promotional materials. Support senior designers with layout, typography, image editing, and design refinements. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for design and branding. Ensure that all design outputs align with client branding guidelines and project objectives. Help prepare final artwork files for production, web, or print delivery. Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices. Organize and maintain design files and resources in an efficient manner. Work with the team to revise designs based on feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Skills

A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. A strong design portfolio (academic, freelance, or personal projects accepted). Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with social media content creation and web graphics is a plus. A keen eye for detail, composition, and visual storytelling. Strong time management and communication skills. A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from feedback. Enthusiasm for creativity and a positive, can-do attitude.
