Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality visual materials such as brochures, infographics, project presentations, and technical diagrams.
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, and marketing professionals to create graphics that clearly communicate project objectives.
• Ensure all visual materials align with Parsons' and client brand guidelines.
• Prepare print-ready and digital artwork for reports, proposals, and marketing deliverables.
• Revise and update existing visuals to meet changing project requirements.
• Contribute creative ideas for visual storytelling across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across all design outputs.
• Manage multiple design requests and deadlines effectively while ensuring top-quality output.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of graphics and documentation.

Ideal Profile

• UAE National with Family Book.
• Diploma or Associate Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent qualification; a Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in professional graphic design within an engineering, construction, or corporate environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, visual communication, and technical proficiency.
• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, Acrobat).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and presentation tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
