. The ideal candidate understands how visuals translate into physical environments -- from stage backdrops and event signage to 3D renders, moodboards, and on-ground branding.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts, event branding, and visual identities.
Design layouts for event collateral (signage, stage graphics, invites, certificates, etc.).
Work with 3D and production teams to align visuals with fabrication feasibility.
Support proposal decks and client presentations.
Create print-ready files and coordinate with suppliers.
Requirements
2-4 years' experience in
event design / activations / brand environments
.
Strong skills in
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
.
Knowledge of
AI tools
(Mid journey, gemini) is a plus.
Eye for detail, storytelling, and design consistency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred
Experience with large-scale community events, mall activations, or brand launches.
Creative flair with understanding of materials, fabrication, and spatial layout.
