Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver creative assets for all internal and external marketing channels, including:
1. Social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

2. Digital assets (email templates, presentation decks, e-brochures)

3.Print materials (stationery, corporate profiles, event collateral)

4. Web design support (visual elements, banners, landing page mockups)

Maintain and apply AKW's brand identity across all touchpoints with consistency and attention to detail. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, business development, compliance, and leadership) to understand project requirements and deliver on-brand designs. Support creative needs for events, conferences, and press appearances (e.g., booth graphics, signage, handouts) Assist in visual editing of photo and video content for internal and external use Keep asset libraries, templates, and file systems organized and up to date Report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and take feedback constructively to continuously improve creative output

Qualifications:

1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design. Solid command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). Strong skills in layout, color, typography, and visual storytelling. Ability to work within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas. Familiarity with social media design formats (especially LinkedIn). Good understanding of file prep for print and digital publishing. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple design requests simultaneously. Team-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills
