Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic

Junior Florist

to join our flower shop in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist senior florists in preparing floral arrangements, maintaining flower quality, and providing excellent customer service. This role is suitable for someone passionate about flowers and eager to grow their skills in floral design.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing floral arrangements, bouquets, and gift items as per shop standards Assist in designing and creating balloon arrangements such as arches, stands, backdrops Support senior florists in daily flower design and decoration work Receive, unpack, and properly store fresh flowers and floral supplies Maintain freshness and quality of flowers through proper care and handling Keep the shop, work area, and cold storage clean and organized Assist customers in selecting flowers and basic arrangements Help with event preparations, deliveries, and setup when required Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times Perform other related duties as assigned by the shop supervisor or manager

Requirements & Qualifications

High school certificate or equivalent Basic knowledge or interest in flowers and floral arrangements Prior experience in a flower shop is an advantage but not mandatory Willingness to learn and take instructions Good communication skills (basic English; Arabic is an advantage) Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle flowers and materials
