Job Summary

We are looking for a

creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Junior Florist

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a flair for floral design, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Design and create floral arrangements for daily orders, events, weddings, and corporate clients Handle flower preparation, conditioning, and proper storage Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the flower shop or workstation Assist customers with flower selection and custom orders Coordinate with the sales team for incoming orders and deliveries Monitor flower inventory and supplies; assist with ordering as needed Meet daily and monthly sales targets (with commission incentives) Follow company standards for quality, presentation, and customer experience

Requirements

Proven experience as a florist or in floral design (at least 1 year preferred) Strong sense of color, design, and composition Knowledge of flower varieties and care Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons Creativity, reliability, and a positive attitude
