Oversee staffing schedules ensuring sufficient cover for day-to-day as well as at peak trading periods for digital and retail teams
Train and mentor our team of florists ensuring the standards are upheld at all times
Oversee day-to-day running of the order fulfillment ensuring all orders are fulfilled promptly and punctually
Oversee the completion of weekly flower orders and conditioning of deliveries
Create more creative designs
Oversee product inventory and delegate ordering of supplies as and when needed
Assist with the design and creation of new product lines
Lead client consultations
Ensure the facility center's cleanliness and tidiness is upheld at all times by the team
Assist on promotional materials
