Role Overview
A Junior Florist supports the daily operations of a flower shop while learning the fundamentals of professional floristry. This is a hands-on role for someone who respects the craft, works carefully, and understands that good floristry is built through repetition, discipline, and attention to detail--not shortcuts.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior florists with preparing bouquets, arrangements, and floral displays
Clean, condition, trim, and properly store fresh flowers and foliage
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, tools, and storage areas
Prepare orders for customers, deliveries, and events
Support shop operations including unpacking deliveries and stock rotation
Provide polite, basic customer service when required
Follow design instructions precisely--consistency matters
Learn seasonal flowers, color harmony, and arrangement techniques through practice
Reply customers on WhatsApp and calls and do sales conversations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
