Qualifications:
Assist in creating fresh floral arrangements for daily orders, events, and walk-in customers.
Support senior florists in preparing bouquets, flower boxes, and custom arrangements.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop and workstations.
Take part in flower unpacking, conditioning, and proper storage.
Help in setting up floral displays for events, engagements, and installations.
Handle flowers and materials with care to maintain freshness and quality.
Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs with a positive attitude.
Assist with inventory tracking and daily shop operations.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a flower shop or similar creative environment.
Passion for floral design and a willingness to learn and grow in the industry.
Basic knowledge of flower types, care techniques, and color matching.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
oEnergetic, friendly, and a team player.
Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and event days.
