It includes but is not limited to the below:
Prepare orders, flower arrangements and gifts as directed by the Operations team.
This includes (and is not limited to) orders received online and offline via our Operations agents, Corporate Sales or other Floward employees.
You are expected to keep the florist area and the flower fridge in a clean and tidy condition.
You may also be required to work outside of the workshop on events and reception when necessary to serve our corporate customers.
