Job Title : Junior Fashion Designer/coordinator Role The Fashion Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing clothing/uniforms, that align with current market trends and brand aesthetics. This individual plays a pivotal role in bringing innovative and stylish products, contributing to the overall success and identity of the brand. Duties and responsibilities

Develop creative and original design concepts that align with brand identity and market trends.
Create mood boards, inspirations and design presentations to communicate ideas .
Research and select appropriate fabrics, trims, and materials for each design.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials within budget constraints.

Translate design concepts into accurate and well-constructed patterns.

Provide clear and detailed instructions to ensure the accurate execution of patterns.
Oversee the creation of prototypes and samples, ensuring they align with the design vision.
Work closely with pattern makers and sample makers to address any design-related issues during the prototyping phase.
Stay informed about current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and incorporate them into design concepts.
Prepare detailed design specifications, including measurements, construction details, and material requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production manager, sample makers, and marketing teams.
Effectively communicate design ideas and collaborate on the development of cohesive collections.
Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and management for feedback and approval.

Any other relevant task as per job requirements

Qualifications and Required

Bachelor\'s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field.
Proven experience of around 3-5 years as a Fashion Designer or assistant designer.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, cloud, illustrator photoshop, InDesign
Strong understanding of garment construction, textiles, and manufacturing processes.
Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to travel to showcase our designs if needed.
