The Junior Executive - Domestic Sales will be responsible for supporting the sales team in driving growth within the domestic market for our auto spare parts division. The role requires effective lead generation, client outreach, and sales support. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop and build a career in sales within the auto spare parts industry.

Key Result Areas (KRA):



Lead Generation:

Identifying potential leads for domestic markets using various tools and channels. Conducting market research to gather insights on potential customers.

Cold Calling:

Making initial contact with potential clients to introduce the company's products and services. Engaging in effective cold calling to generate new business opportunities.

Client Outreach:

Reaching out to new and existing clients to inform them of product offerings. Establishing rapport and understanding client needs to provide relevant solutions.

Sales Support Activities:

Assisting the sales team with follow-up communication and documentation. Preparing sales presentations and supporting sales negotiations. Managing sales inquiries and providing after-sales support.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):



Lead Generation Success Rate:

Number of quality leads generated per month. Conversion rate from leads to actual client meetings.

Cold Calling Efficiency:

Number of successful cold calls made weekly. Achieving target conversion ratio from cold calls to leads.

Client Outreach Effectiveness:

Response rate and engagement level from outreach efforts. Client retention and relationship building.

Sales Support:

Timeliness and accuracy of sales support deliverables. Client satisfaction in terms of sales support and post-sale services.

Qualification:



Educational Qualification:

Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Preference for degrees in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

Preference for candidates with a specialization or interest in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.

Duties and Responsibilities:



Conduct research to identify new leads and business opportunities within the domestic market. Perform cold calling to initiate contact with potential customers and qualify leads. Set up meetings and initial consultations with prospective clients. Support senior sales team members in preparing proposals and quotations. Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and product demonstrations. Ensure timely follow-up with prospects to close sales deals. Manage administrative duties related to sales processes. Support the sales team in identifying market trends and customer needs. Maintain professional relationships with clients to enhance sales opportunities and business growth.

Basic understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, cold calling, and client engagement.

2-3 years in a similar sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the auto spare parts, automotive, or related industry.
