We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Junior Estimator

to support our sales and estimation functions. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in estimation, preferably within the contract furniture, interior fit-out, or civil works industry. This role position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in estimation tools, and the ability to assist in sales coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing for furniture/interior projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, and material requirements. Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes and lead times. Prepare comparison sheets and finalize costings under supervision. Maintain pricing databases and estimation templates using Excel and ERP software (Odoo, Netsuite, etc.) Support the sales team by following up on quotations and tracking client responses. Perform cold calling to potential clients and assist in lead generation. Prepare and send quotations and proposals in coordination with the sales team. Manage client communication and coordinate project timelines with internal departments. Maintain accurate records of sales leads, client interactions, and project updates in the ERP system.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or related fields. 1-2 years of relevant experience in estimation or project coordination. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP software such as Odoo or Netsuite. Basic understanding of AutoCAD and 3D software is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred (but not mandatory):

UAE Driving License. Own visa (Freelance/Spouse/Residence). Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design/estimation tools.

Remuneration:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
