Job Description
Responsibilities
Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates.
Analyze project requirements and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in accordance with project scope.
Evaluate offers and quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, , and recommend the most competitive options.
Prepare tender submissions, cost comparisons, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with the engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure accurate pricing.
Identify cost risks and propose value engineering solutions to optimize costs.
Maintain updated knowledge of market rates, material costs, and subcontractor pricing in UAE.
Assist in project budgeting and cost control during execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in projects estimation (preferably in UAE) .
Strong knowledge of local and international standards.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software
UAE Driving License is preferred.
English Proficiency.
