Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimation Engineer to join our team. As a Junior Estimation Engineer, you will assist in preparing accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects, collaborating with Clients and Contractors to ensure timely and Proper Bid delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing detailed estimates for construction projects, including materials, labour, and equipment costs.

- Collaborate with Client & Contractors to prepare Commercial & Technical Proposal by reviewing the Specs, BOQ, Drawings etc.

- Develop and maintain databases of construction costs and estimating data

- Assist in preparing bid proposals and tender documents.

- Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams for undertaking site visits to understand the project situation to Submit the bid.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

- Proper Follow up and coordination with Clients In order to make the bid successful.

- Contract review and Understanding Skills

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field

- 0-2 years of experience in estimation

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Responsible & disciplined Nature

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
