Role Summary/Purpose

The Junior Engineer supports the construction and project engineering team in planning, coordinating, and overseeing mechanical and construction activities. This role ensures that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with design specifications and industry standards. The Junior Engineer assists senior engineers in technical evaluations, project documentation, and quality control, while gaining hands on experience in construction management and engineering processes. This position provides an opportunity to develop technical expertise and progress toward more senior engineering roles in the construction field.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: o Minimum 2-3 years in the mechanical field, mainly in Manufacturing of Steels, Pipes, Machineries or any related field. Technical Skills: Understanding of mechanical systems, construction methods, and project execution. Familiarity with engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation. Basic proficiency in design or project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar) is an advantage. Communication Skills: o Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to coordinate with senior engineers, contractors, and project teams effectively. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn. Professional attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
