Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor electrical installations, including wiring, conduits, lighting, power distribution, LV systems, and panels as per approved drawings and standards. Conduct daily inspections and prepare Inspection Requests (IR) for consultant/client approvals. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely execution of work.
Prepare material take-offs, BOQs, and assist in material approval and procurement processes.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities under senior engineer guidance. Maintain accurate site documentation including daily reports, material inspection reports, and progress tracking. Ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards and report any non-conformances promptly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (or Diploma with relevant site experience). 2-3 years of experience in electrical site supervision/execution within building and infrastructure projects in a contracting environment. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications confidently. Knowledge of local and international electrical codes and standards. Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage site priorities effectively.
