Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated

Junior Engineer (Manufacturing)

to join our construction and project engineering team. The role involves supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of

mechanical and construction activities

while ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and as per design specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior engineers with project planning, execution, and technical evaluations Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Support site activities including inspections, quality control, and progress tracking Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams Ensure compliance with safety standards and engineering best practices
Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

2-3 years of relevant experience in the mechanical field (steel manufacturing, piping, machinery, or related industries)

Technical Skills:

Solid understanding of mechanical systems and construction methods Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar software (preferred)

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication in English Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Personal Attributes:

Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
