We are hiring a
Junior E-Commerce Operations Assistant
to support daily online order processing and coordination activities across multiple e-commerce platforms. This role is suitable forfreshers or candidates with basic e-commerce experience
.Key Responsibilities
Process and upload orders from
Amazon, Noon, & Company Website
Transfer order details accurately into the system and update Excel sheets daily Coordinate with warehouse for order shortages and dispatch Print shipping labels and barcodes and ensure correct attachment Verify customer address details and coordinate corrections when required Assist in preparing short item reports and shipment documentation Support return processing and RMA creation Send daily order and sales reports.Requirements
Basic knowledge of e-commerce or order processing (preferred) Basic Excel skills Good coordination and communication skills Attention to detail

Salary:
AED 1,500 per month
