Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior document controller to join our team for a industrial project based at the MIC Qatalum Plant.

Junior Document Controller

Employment Type:

Full-time, 6-months contract

Compensation:

QAR 3,000 per month (all-inclusive)

Working Hours and Days:

08 hours per day, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports and maintaining drawing records. Review and manage civil and architectural drawings professionally. Support structural integrity teams by organizing and controlling documentation. Draft and review general arrangement drawings and reinforcement detailing using AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, and Civil 3D. Handle BOQ preparation, cost estimation, planning, and document control. Strictly adhere to plant safety standards and maintenance procedures. Support cross-disciplinary activities and actively participate in safety and training programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering. 3-4 years of experience in civil projects and documentation management. Exposure to aluminum smelters, power plants, petrochemical, or oil and gas projects is a plus. Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) is required; Tagalog speaking will be an added advantage. Strong computer and presentation skills; SAP knowledge is a plus. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, and Civil 3D is highly desirable.
