Junior Digital Media Marketing Officer

We're looking for a Junior Digital Media Officer to join our dynamic group of companies in Doha.

This is your chance to make an impact -- not just by designing great content, but by analyzing what really works.

What You'll Do:

Creative Content & Media:

Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more
Create engaging visuals, reels, and short videos using design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop)
Assist with photoshoots and video shoots for products, people, and promotions
Maintain visual consistency and align content with brand identity
Marketing & Trend Analysis:

*Track digital performance using analytics tools (e.g. Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite)

*Analyze post performance, reach, and engagement to identify what's working

*Monitor marketing trends and competitor activity to suggest improvements

*Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance campaign effectiveness

What We're Looking For:

1) Female candidate currently based in Qatar (with valid QID or transferable visa)

2) 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation

3) Working knowledge of graphic design apps and social media tools

4)Basic skills in photography or video editing are a strong advantage

5)Strong understanding of audience behavior and trends Fluent in English

6)Passionate, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month
