As a Digital Media Executive, you will manage all social media channels and campaigns. Your job role includes managing and creating of contents that drives brand and engages customers. You should be intellectually curious with strong analytical skills and an exceptional ability to interpret data and communicate insights and findings.
Responsibilities:
Managing and overseeing all aspects of marketing operations, including branding, digital marketing, content marketing and social media.
Planning and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn & so on to engage consumers and promote company initiatives.
Achieve monthly targets of gaining leads, setting up meetings & converting leads to revenue.
Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
Analysing market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Developing and managing marketing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies across all digital platforms.
Manage and execute on-page and off-page SEO tasks, including meta tags, internal linking, backlink strategies, etc.
Create contents as per current and moving trends to align SEO with content strategy.
Monitor performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms.
Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Provide monthly reports on SEO performance, insights, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
Knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator & other content creating tools (Photos & Videos editing)
Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist in a construction / fitout / joinery industry.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and digital analytics tools.
In-depth knowledge of SEO/ SEM / Google Ads platform, including Google Display and Search Ads.
Strong communication, research, and typing skills.
Creativity, resourcefulness, flexibility, and motivation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English (Arabic is a plus).
