About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Design Engineer to join our team and support the design and implementation of MEP systems for swimming pools, fountains, and water features. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across both design and site execution, working closely with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed design drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation Assist in preparing and reviewing technical submittals Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry codes, and safety standards Support in resolving design or site issues, providing practical engineering solutions Report design updates, progress, and technical issues to senior engineers and management

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (required)

Experience:

1-2 years of experience with an MEP contracting company (required)

Technical Skills:

Proficient in design and drafting using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools Understanding of pumps, piping systems, HVAC, firefighting, and water feature systems Familiarity with preparing technical submittals, BOQs, and design packages

Soft Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication in English Strong coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and suppliers Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure Willingness to learn and grow within a consulting engineering environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
