Shape Restaurant Group is looking for a
Junior Data Entry & Food Costing Specialist
to support our finance and kitchen operations. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records for accounting, inventory, and food cost analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a dynamic hospitality environment.Key Responsibilities
Enter daily journal entries and financial transactions accurately into the accounting system. Record and update sales, purchase, and inventory data regularly. Assist in monitoring and calculating food costs across outlets. Generate reports on usage, wastage, and cost trends for management review. Coordinate with the kitchen, purchasing, and finance departments to verify data accuracy. Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies. Participate in monthly stock takes and help reconcile inventory discrepancies. Identify and report anomalies or errors in recorded data. Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned
