Join our growing data team as a

Junior Data Analyst

! As part of our team in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment within the dynamic real estate industry. This role is tailored for individuals passionate about data, eager to contribute to business growth, and ready to develop their analytical expertise in a fast-paced, supportive setting. Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze real estate market and business data to support operational and strategic decisions. Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Google Sheets for effective data visualization. Support campaign tracking and performance measurement by leveraging UTM parameters and CRM analytics. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to track KPIs and business insights for different teams. Ensure data integrity with rigorous backup protocols and assistance in data migration processes. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to identify data needs and translate requirements into actionable insights. Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives to increase efficiency.

Must have requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Engineering). Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar Junior Data Analyst role. At least 2 years of experience working in the real estate industry. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Close or similar platforms). Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data cleaning. Strong data visualization skills, including Power BI and Google Sheets dashboarding. Solid knowledge of UTM parameters and digital campaign tracking techniques. Familiarity with backup protocols (cloud/manual approaches). Experience with automation tools, such as Zapier, Excel Macros, or n8n, is a plus.
