Monitor food and beverage costs across all restaurant locations.
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports to identify trends, discrepancies, or variances.
Implement and maintain cost control systems to prevent overuse, theft, and inefficiencies.
Compare actual vs. theoretical costs and investigate variances.
Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure accurate stock records at all locations.
Assist in developing and enforcing inventory management policies.
Monitor wastage, spoilage, and pilferage, and recommend strategies for reduction.
Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a cost control or finance role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Experience working with a multi-location restaurant group is highly preferred.
Skills
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Proficient in Excel and restaurant management software (e.g., POS, inventory systems like Oracle, SAP, or Restaurant365).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
