We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Corporate Lawyer to support the Legal Advisor in our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Legal Advisor in all legal matters and ensuring the company\'s compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Note: Salary 7,000 AED. Responsibilities: - Assist the Legal Advisor in conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence. - Support the Legal Advisor in reviewing and analyzing legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. - Maintain and organize legal files and documents, including electronic and hard copy files. - Manage contracts and agreements database; track contract deadlines, renewals, and expirations. - Coordinate with internal departments on legal matters and provide legal support as necessary. - Assist in the preparation of legal reports and presentations. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Legal Advisor. Qualifications: -Bachelor\'s degree in Law or related field. - At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a legal department, preferably in the Telecommunication industry. - Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and terminology. - Excellent research and writing skills. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
