Job Description

Job Title: Junior Coordinator Reporting to: Managing Director/Management Compensation: OMR 475/- Monthly (Four Hundred and Seventy-Five Omani Rials Per Month) Housing Allocation: OMR 275/- Monthly (Two Hundred and Seventy-Five Omani Rials Per Month) Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Accounting Officer or other relevant accounting related activities;
  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite & accounting software;
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities;
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment;
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills;
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
Task Requirements: - Responsible for Company Bookkeeping - Documents financial transactions by entering account information; - Maintains digital and physical financial records; - Enter financial transactions into internal databases; - Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed; - Create and update expense reports; - Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures; - Assist company auditors for release of audited statements whenever required; - Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information; - Preparing accounts and tax returns; - Monitoring spending and budgets; - Auditing and analyzing financial performance; - Generating financial forecasts and risk analysis reports; - Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits; - Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports; - Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations; - Keeping account books and systems up to date. Support the Management with basic administrative tasks - Maintains office supplies & inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; - Manages and maintains relations with company suppliers and service provides. Other duties as instructed by the management. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to RO750.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
