Our client is looking for Junior Coordinator to provide administrative support to an organization or department. Administrative coordinators are responsible for a wide range of tasks that help ensure the smooth running of the organization or department they work for.
Accountability Areas: *Manage schedules and calendars of senior staff members, ensuring that meetings and appointments are scheduled efficiently and effectively. *Organize meetings and events, including booking venues, arranging catering, and coordinating with participants. *Manage office supplies and equipment ensuring that supplies are stocked, and equipment is maintained and repaired as necessary. *Handle correspondence, including answering emails, drafting letters, and responding to phone calls. *Assist with budgeting and financial management including tracking expenses, preparing financial reports, and coordinating with accounting and finance departments. *Provide general administrative support such as filing documents, organizing files, and preparing reports. *Maintain E-Archive of Engineering documents and ensure following a scientific archive tracking system. *Manage PRs, POs, SES, etc. through the SAP system and as per authorization. *Any other coordination activity requested by Line Manager.
