Junior Commercial / Procurement Lawyer
Job Description
We are recruiting for the in-house legal team for a leading real estate and destination development firm headquartered in the UAE. It operates across multiple business verticals, including real estate, hospitality & tourism, sports & leisure, and commercial/leisure destinations.
Responsibilities
Assist in drafting and reviewing procurement, vendor, and services agreements.
Support bid reviews, tenders, and RFP processes, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
Work with senior counsel to support contract management and governance requirements.
Provide practical legal input into procurement and supply chain processes.
Qualifications
UK, US, or Commonwealth qualified lawyer with 1-3 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE).
Early career exposure to commercial contracts or procurement in a law firm or in-house environment.
Strong legal drafting skills with excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
Proactive and commercially minded approach, able to contribute effectively under the guidance of senior counsel.
Salary: AED 30K-35K per month.
