Qualifications and Experience:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients enrolled in forex training programs Guide new clients through the onboarding process and explain training offerings Provide ongoing support to clients regarding course content, schedules, and access Identify client needs and recommend suitable training packages or upgrades Collaborate with the sales and training teams to ensure client satisfaction Track client progress and engagement using CRM tools Collect client feedback and share insights with internal teams for improvement Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, or messaging platforms Support client retention through follow-up communication and service excellence Stay informed about forex market trends to better assist client learning needs
