Job Title: Junior Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Site Engineer to assist in the supervision and execution of construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will support senior engineers in managing site activities, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day site supervision and monitoring of civil construction activities.

Ensure work is carried out according to project drawings, specifications, and timelines.

Coordinate with subcontractors, labor teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.

Report on project progress, challenges, and deviations to senior engineers.

Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Support in preparing site reports, checklists, and documentation.

Assist in quantity surveying and materials take-off as required.

Follow up on material deliveries and stock inventory at site.

Participate in quality control checks and snagging activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

2-3 years of experience in a similar role

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety regulations.

Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

UAE driving license is a must

Willingness to work on-site and in outdoor environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations.

Experience with infrastructure, residential, or commercial projects in the UAE.

Basic understanding of project management tools and techniques.
