In this role, you will be responsible to provide leadership in QC , ensuring excellence and compliance with procedures.

Here\xe2\x80\x99s some of the other things you can look forward to:

To support day- to -day activity, monitoring and assisting tinter man

To maintain accurate technical information and systems to ensure conformance with corporate technical requirements Eg: Formulae update, Raw material data sheets, Specifications and Test data

To maintain ERP systems ensuring Technical data at all times

To create and maintain system in the line with HSE AND EMS : Quality management ensuring procedures and work instructions are updated as required

To monitor QC equipment effectiveness and ensure adequate maintenance / calibration performed.

Authorize to approve the production batches all property with specification, and to approve out specification\'s batches with consultation with Lab Manager

This role will be based in Sharjah (UAE) and report into Laboratory Manager.

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an enthusiastic individual having aspiration to learn and grow.

Our ideal candidate will come from an international industrial or chemical environment, who has previously dealt with Quality Control Laboratory of a paint manufacturing company.

You should also have the following qualifications:

Degree in Paint Technology.

2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Quality Control Lab of a Paint Manufacturing Company.

Knowledge of raw materials.

Colour Management Skills.

Knowledge to use any ERP system.

Knowledge of Hempel Quality Control procedures, awareness about QMS (ISO 9001).

Analytical and problem solving skills

Knowledge of Quality Control Techniques

Positive attitude towards work
