We're looking for a passionate and hardworking Junior Chef / Assistant Baker to join our cookies shop team! You'll help in preparing, baking, and decorating cookies, assisting in daily kitchen operations, and ensuring every product meets our high quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist in mixing, baking, and decorating cookies and desserts. Follow recipes accurately to maintain consistent taste and quality. Help with ingredient preparation and portioning. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area. Ensure all baking tools and equipment are cleaned and properly stored. Support in packaging, labeling, and arranging products for display. Work closely with the team to meet daily production targets. Requirements: Previous experience in baking or working in a pastry/cookies shop is an advantage (fresh graduates with passion are welcome). Basic knowledge of baking techniques and food hygiene. Attention to detail, creativity, and love for sweets! Team player with a positive attitude. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, or busy hours.
