Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition:

Find and engage potential clients in need of HR services through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement strategies to grow the client base and expand the consultancy's reach.

Needs Assessment:

Understand client needs and propose customized HR solutions to address specific challenges.

Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure continued business.

Contract Negotiation:

Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business while ensuring profitability.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on HR trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to position the consultancy effectively.

Collaboration:

Work with internal teams, such as sales and consulting, to ensure the successful delivery of HR services.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Sales and Business Development:

A proven track record of bringing in new clients and meeting sales targets.

Relationship Building:

Excellent abilities to build rapport, establish trust, and nurture strong client relationships.

Communication:
