We are looking for a highly organized and motivated
Junior
Business Coordinator
to oversee and support daily operations. This role involves coordinating between departments, managing client communications, tracking workflows, and ensuring that projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily business operations and internal processes
Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Communicate with clients, partners, and vendors in a professional manner
Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and presentations
Identify and resolve operational issues proactively
Maintain and improve internal systems and workflow efficiency
Support administrative duties when needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in an operations or administrative role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
Preferred:
Extra mile person
Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage
