Junior Business Analyst
Job Description
Our client - a leading fashion house specializing in couture and luxury ready-to-wear.
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support our operations, sales, and production teams with data-driven insights and process improvements.
? 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, FINANCE, or operations, preferably in fashion, luxury, or retail.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools (Power BI is a plus).
? Understanding of fashion production, sales, or supply chain is a big advantage.
? Ability to work with multiple teams and adapt to a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market performance to support growth strategies.
Work closely with production and supply chain teams to track costs, efficiency, and inventory levels.
Assist in budget planning, cost analysis, and pricing strategies for collections.
Identify bottlenecks in operations and propose process optimizations.
Provide weekly and monthly reports on business performance and key financial metrics.
Support new market entry analysis and competitive benchmarking.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
