Key Responsibilities

Conduct data analysis to identify business trends, opportunities, and risks. Assist in designing workflow diagrams, process models, and system documentation. Collaborate with developers, testers, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. Participate in system testing, data validation, and quality assurance activities. Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs using analytical tools. Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Fluency in

Arabic

(spoken and written) and good command of English. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros). Hands-on knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, SQL, R, or Java preferred). Experience with reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus. Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations is an advantage. Strong communication skills and ability to work in multicultural teams. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
