The Brand Manager will be responsible for the execution and implementation of the marketing strategy for the respective product category with the objective of achieving agreed and targeted growth in sales, market share and profitability. EMEA scope: covering all 3 market clusters (30+ countries)

Description Work closely with the Category Manager to define strategies, develop product roadmaps, implement marketing strategiesDrive research projects needed for his/her brands by developing the brief, selecting the appropriate agency and using the results to impact the businessRun diagnostic analysis on his/her business area using all available sources of information (market share, distribution, pricing, sales data) identifying root causes and proposing/implementing relevant actions Manage and monitor responsible budget, approve cost estimates, raise POs Work closely with Trade Marketing and Sales on all needed areas of the business
Profile
The successful candidate will meet the following requirements 2-4 years of experience in a Marketing or Branding roleFMCG experience in either principal business side or agency sideFluency in Arabic is a mustGreat work attitude and organisation skills
