About the role

The Junior Bartender is responsible for assisting the Bars Team in day to day operations by working with the finest F&B products and brands to craft high quality beverages and maintain high level of standards at all times.




Engage with guests and adapt to special requests and tastes by preparing high quality beverages to maximize guest satisfaction and enhance sales. Support the Bars Team in organizing, cleaning, and setting up the bar area, ensuring that high level of standards are maintained at all times. Assist the bartender with stock inventory control by accurately counting and recording all items to ensure the sufficient supply of products and prevent shortages. Understand and follow FSSC (Food Safety System Certification) requirements through check-lists and manual guide to ensure compliance and safe handling of products. Ensure legal drinking age of guests comply with requirements for purchase and/or consumption of alcohol based on food & beverage local regulations. Assist the bartender in keeping a detailed record of all wastage and report any discrepancies to management to promote a profitable operation.

About you

The successful candidate will have the following:

Basic Literacy and Numeracy skills English communication skills with Entry level roles No prior job-related work experience
