Purpose
The Junior Associate is responsible for packing, palletization, and module manufacturing activities in line with standard operating procedures and global quality standards. The role ensures efficient, timely packing of goods while maintaining safety, quality, and equipment upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
Pack finished goods as per defined standard procedures. Perform palletization, stacking, and transportation of goods. Move wrapped pallets to the cooling zone after film wrapping. Load semi-finished products from log trays to module-making machines. Manufacture modules as per specification sheets and attach required fittings. Ensure packing and palletization of end products for shipping. Maintain compliance with packaging schedules and manage consumable inventory. Perform autonomous maintenance of assigned equipment. Adhere to QMS and EMS documentation and standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and visually organized workplace. Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Experience & Skills
Experience in process industries such as chemical, paint, or glass manufacturing is preferred. Basic understanding of packing and palletization processes. Ability to follow standard operating procedures. Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
