(C&B) is a multinational company with technical offices in Lebanon and UAE

Key Responsibilities

Review architectural and civil drawings and identify list of materials. describe the different types of materials used in construction projects. Prepares and reviews architectural and civil specifications for projects. prepare and analyse project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labour and time. Maintain material suppliers' database Assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender support in quantity surveying tasks, and prepare bill of quantities.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. 0-5 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office. Strong design visualization and presentation skills. Knowledge of UAE building regulations (advantage if applying in UAE). Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to work in a team and manage deadlines effectively.
