Technical Drawings
: Create and modify technical drawings and construction documents using software like AutoCAD and Revit.
Coordination
: Collaborate with engineers (structural, mechanical, electrical) and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of their work into the architectural plans.
Compliance and Regulations
: Research building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations to ensure all designs are compliant. This includes assisting with permit applications.
Client Interaction
: Participate in client meetings, help prepare presentations, and communicate design ideas effectively.
Project Support
: Help with preliminary feasibility studies, budget and schedule assistance, and preparing project proposals and reports.
