Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will support senior architects and designers throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptual design through to construction documentation and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing architectural concepts, plans and elevations.

Prepare and revise drawings, presentations, and specifications under supervision.

Conduct site analysis, zoning research, and feasibility studies for proposed projects.

Collaborate with senior architects, interior designers, and consultants on project coordination.

Use software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite for drafting and visualization.

Participate in client meetings and support presentation preparation.

Assist with material research, product selections, and mood boards.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.

Maintain project documentation, files, and digital records in an organized manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent from an accredited institution.

0-3 years of professional experience in an architecture or design firm.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.

Good understanding of architectural detailing, building systems, and construction methods.

Ability to communicate clearly and work in a team-oriented environment.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute creatively to projects.
