What Does a Junior Architect Do?
As a Junior Architect at Azizi, you will support the Hospitality Concept team in developing design solutions, preparing 3D models, and collaborating with visualization experts to deliver outstanding design concepts aligned with our ultra-luxury real estate portfolio.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Assist in crafting creative architectural concepts and design proposals
- Prepare accurate 3D models, sketches, and drawings using Revit, Rhino, and SketchUp
- Support the development of mood boards and visual presentations
- Research design trends, materials, and hospitality planning benchmarks
- Collaborate with senior architects, designers, and visualization teams to refine design direction
- Respond to feedback to evolve project ideas and deliverables
- Maintain organized documentation and contribute to smooth design workflows
What Skills Are Needed for a Junior Architect Role in Dubai?
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
Experience:
- 2-4 years of architectural experience, preferably in hospitality or luxury real estate
- Exposure to concept development, hospitality standards, or guest-centric spatial design is a plus
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and SketchUp
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an asset
- Hand sketching and visualization skills for rapid ideation
Soft Skills:
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
