Junior Architect
Job Description
- Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, concepts and plans.
- Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, rendering and visualization to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer aided architectural software's.
- Develop and update construction documents
- Support the implementation of design changes or revisions as required.
- Assist in preparation of presentation materials for client meetings, including design boards, 3D models and digital presentations. - Ability to use all architectural software programs including Revit is a must.
- Ability to manage teams, organizing work flow, and achieving targets,
- Strong knowledge of Dubai authorities, and ability to dealing with submissions and discussions of authorities (Dubai municipality - DDA - Trakhees - Dewa - RTA).
- Meeting with clients, updating them, and building relationships with them to achieve targets.
- Ability to coordination between all departments, and Ability to revise full set drawings.
